If you oxygen concentrator is still under factory warranty we will even pay the return freight back to you. When repairs are finished your concentrator is run for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure that your machine is running at or above the manufactures specification and our work is backed by a full one year limited warranty. If you wish you can even follow the status of your repair(s) right from our website. All the service records for each machine is stored in our database and uploaded to our website every hour so you’re always up to date with what is going on with your equipment, you can even approve estimates right from our website or have repair status reports emailed to you every day or a frequency that you choose.
